Technologies and production equipment:
- Spring coilers from 0.7 to 7 mm for manufacturing compression springs; 0.8 to 6 mm traction springs and 0.6 to 6 mm torsion springs.
- Grinding of springs and additional operations (bevelling, shot blasting, stabilisation, blocking).
- Rod benders from 1 to 8 mm (steel) and 12 mm (iron).
- Strip forming machines from 0.5 x 5 mm to 1.8 x 56 mm.
- Spot robotic welding and MIG/MAG.
- Assembly and formation of assemblies.
- Plastic injection by overmolding and component assembly.
