WELDING AND ASSEMBLY FORMATION
We have more than 50 welding equipment for strength and contribution, more than 100 work cells and about 300 robots for handling, welding, assembly, verification, etc.

BENDING OF ROD AND TUBE
We have more than 30 mechanical, hydraulic and CNN equipment for rod bending up to Φ 12mm. and pipe bending up to Φ 42 mm.
ASSEMBLY OF MECHANISMS
We have different equipment and assembly lines for assemblies and mechanisms by riveting, seaming, etc.
MANUFACTURE OF SPRINGS AND WIRE PRODUCTS
We have more than 70 wire reels, 10 facing machines and 15 stabilization furnaces.
As well as 20 sheet metal forming machines between 0.5 and 1.5 mm thick by 30 mm. wide and wire from 0.8 to 3 mm. diameter.
DIE AND MOULD CONSTRUCTION
We have knowledge for die and mould design, as well as complete workshop for die making, but in all cases are dedicated to the maintenance, modification and adaptation of dies and moulds.
PLASTIC INJECTION
We have more than 60 mono material horizontal and vertical injection machines, from 35 to 2,300 tons.
As well as different equipment for assembly, welding, etc.
PROFILING AND BELT FORMING
We have 12 automatic profiling lines, some of them with built-in laser welding and 12 profile belts.
STAMPING
We have more than 60 mechanical and hydraulic presses, manual, progressive, transfer or tandem line, from 63 tons to 1,600 tons.
SURFACE COATINGS
We have 2 lines of cataphoresis paint and one of epoxy.
