Neinsa participates in a national project for the implementation of AI in plastic injection and metal welding production systems.

NEINSA joined to the collaborative R&D project INDUSTR-IA (CDTI, nº 00162738 / MIG-20232016, Transmisiones Call 2023). The project titled “ New solutions based on AI for the efficiency and flexibility in productive processes” has as main goal the resolution of principal challenges in industry competitiveness (Zero defects, maximum productivity without malfunctions) including energetic flexibility in order to optimise costs and productive efficiency. For this purpose, different AI models will be explored so as to detect possible deterioration on machines through proactive diagnosis towards a zero-defects production.
